<p style="text-align:left;">I haven&#8217;t really seen many, many products, but for me, this one was just GREAT. It was the first product that I enjoyed watching from beginning to end, and kinda regreted when I had to stop watching it for other reasons. There were MANY moments when I just laughed out loud, that&#8217;s how enjoyable it is ! It&#8217;s one of the few products on the market that&#8217;s covering this topic, another one that I&#8217;m aware of is <strong>Pickup 101 &#8211; Charismatic Conversations</strong>. The difference between the two is that, Vin Dicarlo&#8217;s product is based on things that come natural, there&#8217;s nothing scripted. He and the guests teach you basic and advanced techniques that are EASY to apply in the real world when you go out. The teaching format is interesting, he takes 3 average guys that are not good at PU and trains them, having them to talk with 3 REAL woman. It may be kind of boring at moments, because the 3 guys don&#8217;t do really good at the exercises, but it&#8217;s definately worth watching them to see the mistakes they do and to hear the feedback they receive. The product covers stuff like: basic threading, storytelling, sexual tension, role-playing and many many more ! In10se also goes to demonstrate the full potential of games like &#8220;The Cube&#8221;, &#8220;The Strawberry Field&#8221; and the famous but known by few &#8220;The October Man Sequence&#8221;. Very deep stuff <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align:left;">If you have conversational problems, this product is a MUST for you. It does not work wonders just if you watch it, you have to go out and apply the easy techniques that they teach in it, and it will become second nature for you.</p>

The part where she talks about how she cheats on her boyfriend sounded exactly the same like when a friend of mine told me her story of how she cheated on her boyfriend to get revenge. So this is the real sh*t, it&#8217;s not using an actor or any fake stuff.</p>
<p>I highly recommend this for beginners that got into the community and need to have their eyes opened.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Fitness is also part of someone&#8217;s lifestyle and it can seriously affect your interactions with girls, so I thought I should add this category here also. Of course being all bulk up can help you start with girls, but I see fitness more as something for myself, something that makes ME feel good. Being fit gives you a great sensation.</p>
<p>Being an athlete myself (or at least I was, I don&#8217;t compete anymore) I just can&#8217;t stay away from sports. Just recently I decided that I should workout on my body to build some muscles. After reading a lot of stuff on the internet, watching a lot of products and finding out that supplements are a MUST if you wanna bulk up, I decided to create a basic workout using ONLY bodyweight. Also, I have some back problems and I shouldn&#8217;t lift weights at all. Before starting, I have 57 kg&#8217;s and ~177 cm at 17 years age. I have a fast methabolism and no matter how much I eat I don&#8217;t put any weight (for some this would be a blessing, but not for me). I just want to put a few kg&#8217;s of muscle on me (not fat <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  )</p>
<p>For my upper body I only do basic exercises as pushup and pull ups. For the abs I&#8217;m doing a little experiment combining different ab workouts from the Beachbody P90 Series and from Beachbody&#8217;s Insanity. I don&#8217;t neglect my legs (since I love athletics and basketball), so I combined Dunknow with stuff from Beachbody P90X.</p>
<p>Also, I will try to improve my nutrition, all this being an experiment really, I don&#8217;t know what to expect.</p>
<p>I will post here the workout, the exercises, sets and how many reps I do each week, comments along the way and if I can, some advice on nutrition.</p>
